Thank you for shopping with Snowdrop Group LLC! We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied, we offer a 15-day return and refund policy under the terms outlined below.

 

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

 

The item must be returned within 15 days from the date of delivery.

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging, tags, and labels intact.

Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or other proof of purchase) must be provided.

We reserve the right to refuse returns if the above conditions are not met.

 

2. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

 

Contact us at support@snowdroponline.com within 15 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization.

Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Once we approve your return request, we will provide instructions on how to send the item(s) back to us.

Return Shipping Costs:

Unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged item), the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns to ensure that the item is safely returned.

 

3. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy conditions. If the return is approved:

 

A refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please note that the refund may take 5-10 business days to process, depending on your payment method and financial institution.

Non-refundable Items:

Items that have been used or damaged (not due to an error on our part).

Items returned after the 15-day period.

Gift cards and other non-returnable products.

 

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@snowdroponline.com with your order number and photos of the damage or defect. We will offer a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs, depending on the situation.

 

5. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item following the steps above and place a new order.

 

6. Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, orders are processed and shipped, and we are unable to cancel them. Please reach out to us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order.
